     NEW YORK, NY -- Teen sensation Young Lloyd will launch Entertainers 4 Education Alliance inaugural "In Theatre Event Series" on Monday, March 12th 2007 at the AMC Lincoln Square Theatre (68th and Broadway) in New York City and will be FM.

     E4EA along with HOT 97 FM, the official radio partner, will invite over 600 tri-state area high school students to attend this once in a lifetime invitation only event, co-hosted by Hot 97's own popular morning show host Miss Jones; sponsored by Motown/Universal Records, LOT 29 and Broadcast Music Incorporated.

     The event produced by EARS Entertainment Group will take place from 6:00pm-8:00pm, with doors opening at 5:00 p.m. The "In Theatre Event Series" creates unique approaches to connect and educate youths on pertinent issues through the powerful message of music.

     Off the heals of the widely successful "Achieve Your Dreams" Poetry Contest with Music Mogul Jim Jones in January, Entertainers 4 Education Alliance continues to spread their message of hope and encouragement to youths with the launch of the "In Theatre Event Series." The "In Theatre Event Series" is designed to utilize celebrity figures youths admire to encourage them to follow their dreams, make smart choices, stay focused and most importantly stay in school. Students will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with celebrities. Young Lloyd will not only perform his hit songs but encourage students through his personal struggles and testimonial. Students will also have the opportunity to ask Lloyd personal questions, get his autographs and take pictures.

     "It is a known fact that pop culture is the #1 influence on our youth today, Entertainers 4 Education Alliance is utilizing this platform to make a difference in the lives of the many youth we come in contact with," says JP Taylor Co-founder of Entertainers 4 Education Alliance.

     The drop out rate in NYC is at an astounding all time high. The national dropout rate for Black and Hispanic students is almost 50%. Everyday 500 students drop out of NYC high schools. New York State has the highest dropout rate for Black and Hispanic students of any state in the nation. Only, one out of ten Black and Hispanic students in NYC graduates on time with a high school diploma.
