*MTV’s hugely successful series “Run’s House,” a reality show following Joseph “Rev. Run” Simmons, his wife Justine and their family, premieres its third season on Monday, April 9 at 10 p.m. (ET/PT). Witness how daughters Angela and Vanessa live on their own in Manhattan. JoJo is now the eldest in the house and is anxious to exercise his independence. Diggy and Russy remain the cutest and coolest little brothers around. Also, picking up from last season, Rev. Run and Justine face the biggest challenge in their lives as their new baby girl dies at birth. In their time of adversity, the Simmons’ poignantly illustrate that the power of love is the tie that binds, protects and strengthens us all. *Immediately following “Run’s House,’ meet Taquita and Kaui, two former contestants on MTV’s Making the Band 3 who didn’t make it into Diddy’s newest girl group but will venture together on their relentless quests for stardom in Las Vegas. Taquita and Kaui premieres at 10:30 p.m. (ET/PT). *MTV will air the entire new season of Ashton Kutcher’s “Punk’d” on the afternoon of April 7th. All eight episodes, featuring such celebrity prank victims as Hilary Swank, Nelly Furtado and Magic Johnson, will then air as planned in its regular 9 p.m. slot on April 10, running weekly over the next two months. Brian Graden, MTVN Music Group's president of entertainment, said the experiment is a way to use the linear network to generate interest for a series much the way digital sneak previews are increasingly used by networks.
