JOSS STONE DISSES CHRISTINA MILIAN IN MAGAZINE: Also, singers new album debuts at No. 2 on Billboard 200.
*In the media blitz promoting last weeks release of her new CD Introducing Joss Stone, which debuts at No. 2 this week on the Billboard 200 album chart, the 19-year-old British soul singer had some interesting things to say in the new issue of Giant magazine.
While Stone had some harsh criticism for todays crop of R&B singers, her most scathing words were saved specifically for singer-actress Christina Milian, who just so happens to be the ex-girlfriend of her ex-boyfriend, Beau Dozier.
Stone describes most singers today as just highly paid strippers. When told she may have just insulted a large swath of singers, she cocked her head to the side, flashed an innocent smile and said, What? Its not like Im not telling the truth.
When Christina Milians name came up in conversation, Stone, according to writer Aliya S. King, doesnt bother to hide her disdain for the woman who Dozier, now Stones ex-boyfriend, once dated.

Stone told King: "I could tell you some stories about her... ," then launched into a profanity-laced tirade against the pop star.
King writes: After I point to my tape recorder, reminding her that she's on record, Stone doesn't quit. Instead, she continues to go off on Milian and, even worse, Milian's mother. Im just honest, Stone concludes with a shrug.
"Christina has never met Joss," Milans publicist responds. "She cant imagine what this is all about."
In other Joss Stone news, shell launch her first major North American tour in nearly three years on April 27. The trek stretches into June, making special stops at the Jazz & Heritage Festival in New Orleans and the annual Summerstage concert series in New York City's Central Park.
On July 1, Stone will appear in London alongside Elton John, Bryan Ferry, and Duran Duran at the Concert For Diana a charity event organized by Princes William and Harry to celebrate the life of the late Princess.
