The sprawling estate includes 10 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a movie theater, popcorn machine, indoor and outdoor swimming pools with waterfalls, caves and a Jacuzzi, reports TMZ.com.
The home also features a professional gymnasium, a wine cellar with a sit-down tasting area and a sophisticated security system with surveillance cameras.
Simmons lived on the property with his two daughters and wife, Kimora Lee. The couple decided to part ways over a year ago, but Kimora Lee reportedly remained in the house in a separate wing.
