DOUG CHRISTIE AND WIFE RELEASE FIRST BOOK: ‘No Ordinary Love’ celebrates foundation of their marriage.
*B-ball star Doug Christie and his wife, Jackie, will release their first book, “No Ordinary Love: A True Story of Marriage and Basketball,” on June 1 through their company, Infinite Love Publishing.
The book provides a candid look at the couple’s own relationship and illustrates how mutual respect, friendship, and a commitment to monogamy serve as the foundation of their marriage. The book also offers other couples important advice on maintaining a lasting, loving relationship.
“No Ordinary Love” chronicles the Christies' story from their "love at first sight" meeting in Seattle to present day, according to a press release.
The couple filmed a reality show for BET-J, titled “Committed: The Christies,” which, like their book, chronicled their unique relationship.
