LAILA ALI PLANS BALLROOM DANCE AT WEDDING: Boxer says stint on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ raises expectations at nuptials.
*Fresh from their biggest sparring match on “The View” this season, Rosie O’Donnell and Elizabeth Hasselbeck found themselves face to face with a real fighter.
Boxing champ Laila Ali, who admitted she was “pissed off” about her third place finish in Tuesday’s “Dancing” finale, joined her dance partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy as guests on Wednesday's show.
When asked by Hasselbeck if she and her fiancé, former NFL star Curtis Conway, planned a little “DWTS”-style ballroom dancing at their summer wedding, Ali said: "We have to go out there because, you know, our guests are going to be expecting a show.”
"So Curtis is going to be in a little bit of a pressure zone?" asked Hasselbeck.
"Yeah, yeah. But he can handle it, though," Ali said.
When Rosie asked Ali if she'd ever return to “DWTS” for a dance-off with the top finalists, Ali shook her head and said, "They would have to pay me so much more money."
