*During the “Ocean’s Thirteen” party held Wednesday on a yacht in Cannes, co-star Don Cheadle gave Fox411 columnist Roger Friedman an update about his upcoming film on Miles Davis.  Friedman wrote: “He has finalized the plans to direct himself as jazz great Miles Davis in a biopic. Cheadle didn’t say which period of Davis’ life will be concentrated on. ‘You can’t do his whole life in one movie,’ he said. But the Oscar nominee knows his facts and figures — Davis’ definitive recording, ‘Kind of Blue,’ still sells 50,000 copies a year. It was originally released on March 2, 1959.”

*Isaiah Washington’s promised public service announcement premiered yesterday on ABC’s “Good Morning America.” The “Grey’s Anatomy” actor agreed to shoot the footage in the wake of controversy surrounding his use of a gay slur in reference to co-star T.R. Knight. View the PSA here: http://www.tmz.com/tmz_main_video?titleid=932807395

*Retired supermodel Tyra Banks has reportedly pulled a Janet Jackson and lost a substantial amount of weight within months – 30 pounds in five months to be exact. According to Life & Style magazine, her health and exercise kick was inspired by those unflattering tabloid shots of her in a bikini during a Sports Illustrated shoot. An insider tells the publication: "She's eating healthy foods, but they're ones she likes, so she's more apt to maintain her diet." She’s also changed the type of food available to guests of her show.” Marcellas Reynolds, a frequent guest on “The Tyra Banks Show,” adds: "The craft-service table is now entirely absent of junk food and carbs. All you see are lean turkey sandwiches and loads of fresh-cut veggies and fruit."
