SORRY EDDIE, SHE GOTCHA!: DNA test says Murphy is Mel B's baby daddy.

*Looks like Melanie 'Mel B' Brown knew she had a case all along.

According to People magazine, a DNA test has confirmed that Eddie Murphy is the father of Spice Girl Melanie Brown's recently born daughter.

Murphy, 46, has never publicly acknowledged the child, born to Brown, 32, this past April in Los Angeles. The baby's name was listed on the birth certificate as Angel Iris Murphy Brown

The writing was on the wall when earlier this month, Murphy, who agreed to take a DNA test said he comply to any legal issues if the tests proved positive.

Brown's representative, Liza Anderson, told People the results, confirming Murphy's paternity, were given to Brown on Thursday. So far Murphy's camp has declined to comment, according to Reuters.

Meanwhile, reports say a press conference is scheduled for Thursday to announce that the members of the Spice Girls will reunite for an album and tour. Surprise, surprise.
