*Freshly split from his ex-girlfriend and babymama Kim Porter, Sean “Diddy” Combs is moving on with his professional life with a fresh search for a new personal assistant, as well as his addition to the lineup of Nigeria’s annual THISDAY festival.

The “Making the Band” mogul on Wednesday (July 11) launched an online search for a new assistant on the Web site YouTube.

"If you feel you can be my assistant, I wanna know why you should be my personal assistant," Diddy says in the recorded video. "What better job than that to have me scream at you, go crazy, keep you up late hours, have you sleep deprived... if this job interests you, upload your video interview why you should be my assistant."

Applicants are asked to upload their "video interview" (three minutes or less please) to YouTube.com/Group/DiddyAssistant under the heading, "Diddy assistant."

"You know I'm the best and I like working with the best, so if you're the best, holla at your boy. This is gonna be fun," Diddy says.

Meanwhile, Diddy will also join John Legend, Rihanna, Kelly Rowland and Ne-Yo at the second annual THISDAY Festival, which celebrates the 200th anniversary of the abolition of the transatlantic slave trade.

The two-day concert series takes place in Lagos, Nigeria at the new THISDAY Events Center on July 14 and 15.  Shakira, Legend and UB-40 take the stage on 7/14, and Rihanna, Kelly Rowland, and Ne-Yo on 7/15. Nigerian acts D’Banj, Sasha and Mode – 9 also share the bill.
