'PEOPLE'S CHOICE' EYES HALLE, LATIFAH, DENZEL: Celebs among nominees for 34th annual Awards.
*Halle Berry, Queen Latifah and Denzel Washington were announced as contenders for a 34th annual People's Choice Award. Winners will be announced Jan. 8 during a live broadcast on CBS.
Berry will face Sandra Bullock and Reese Witherspoon in the Favorite Female Movie Star category, while Washington battles Johnny Depp and Bruce Willis for Favorite Male Movie Star. Latifah goes against Jessica Alba and Drew Barrymore for Favorite Leading Lady.
Other nominees include Jamie Foxx and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson for Favorite Leading Man; the team of Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan for Favorite On Screen Match Up, "Grey's Anatomy" star Chandra Wilson, Fox's "K-Ville" and "The View's" Whoopi Goldberg.
In music, nominees include Beyonce, Ne-Yo, Rihanna, Kanye West and Timbaland.
