*Reps at DMX's new label Bodog [BOE-dog] Music are denying  New York Daily News report that the rapper was rushed to a hospital Thursday after passing out at Sony Recording Studios in New York.

Bodog's Urban A&R director Ali Adab told SOHH.com: "I just spoke to X the day before yesterday, he's at home in Arizona so it really doesn't make any sense to me how they're saying he was at Sony studios.  It's definitely 100 percent false."

Adab said X hasn't even started work on his required two albums for Bodog – "Walk With Me Now" and the follow up "You'll Fly With Me Later – and isn't scheduled to hit the studio for another week.

"He's at home with his wife for Christmas," Adab reportedly said, adding that the rumor may have been sparked by a video currently circling the Internet that shows X looking nervous and erratic while recording for an album.

"This video that leaked on the net has got people thinking that he might be on something, that's what kind of made them wanna make up a story like that," he said.

SOHH reports that X's entertainment lawyer, Scott Mason, said the video was recorded at least two weeks ago while X was recording in Miami.

Mason also said his client has not been at Sony and he even called X after hearing the rumors, to learn the rapper was asleep in his bed.
