JUICE CREW TO REUNITE FOR ATLANTA CONCERT: Biz, Kane, Marl, Shan, Craig G and Roxanne tapped to perform.
*Biz Markie, Big Daddy Kane, Marley Marl, MC Shan, Craig G and Roxanne Shante of the pioneering hip-hop collective Juice Crew will reunite and perform for the first time in 15 years at the A3C Hip Hop Festival in Atlanta.
They're scheduled to play the second night of the March 20-22 event at the CW Midtown Music Complex, reports LiveDaily.com.
"We've been working on this literally since November," festival founder Brian Knott said in a statement. "It's incredible to think that artists like Pete Rock, Biggie and countless other hip-hop figures have cited the Juice Crew as primary influences and they're going to reunite at the A3C this year."
The fourth annual festival will feature more than 30 acts covering a wide range of hip-hop music over three days. The diverse lineup includes RE-UP Gang/Clipse, Little Brother, Del tha Funkyhomosapien, Jeru the Damaja, Wale and Aceyalone.
The A3C will also host a variety of other festivities, including its first-ever fashion event, a dance showcase, a producer competition and the "Women in Hip Hop III: Love and Money" panel discussion.
