*Time has run out on singer Sean Levert.
The brother of late R&B star Gerald Levert was sentenced to 22 months in prison Monday for failure to pay child support.
According to Cleveland's 19ActionNews.com, Levert owes $85,427.68 in back support for his three children - ages 11, 15 and 17.
He did not speak at his sentencing.
The son of O'Jays founder Eddie Levert, Sean was also a member of the group Levert with Gerald and Marc Gordon.
