"Hair was flying everywhere. First, there were two dancers then there were three and by the time I left there were four dancing girls on top of the tables."

*The pretty model turning 35 was turning heads at her party.  Dressed in a shimmering pinkish/peachy/tangerine sparkling short dress and matching bling-bling high heel sandals, with her hair pulled back showing off her gorgeous chiseled face and bronzy tan, Claudia Jordan looked more like 21.

When I arrived at Blvd 3, the hottest and most beautiful and lavish club in Hollywood (in my opinion), I knew that the stars were going to come out in droves for the former "Price Is Right" model of color who inherited her position from the1st and original African-American daytime game model, former "Barker's Beauty" Kathleen Bradley (and I remember her first party as the new Price Is Right model held on Rodeo in BH some, sum years ago).

The party was slow at the onset and I started to doubt my high expectations.  It was such a warm evening; I thought maybe partygoers might opt for a Sunday cool poolside atmosphere instead of a club.

So, while I waited with the rest of the media crowd, I decided to search for the birthday cake to see what my taste buds could look forward to.  I was led to the cellar and the guards posted in that area and the kitchen help could not find it. After a few calls to security upstairs I was directed to a small-tiered cake.

I have to say I was shocked at the diminutive size of the sweet treat because Blvd 3 easily holds a thousand if not more people, but at the time, there were only a sparse hundred in the building. This cake would surely not be sufficient for the masses, I thought. I was looking at it and portioning out the slices for 100 to give me an idea of what size my slice might be?!!

Claudia Jordan was in-demand on the red carpet. Media could not get enough of the Barbie-type model/actress. Cameras, lights and microphones were in her face very minute.

As the hours grew so did the crowd.  I was waiting on the inside for the happs and nothing was happening so I returned outside and was shocked to see all the people.  The entrance of the club provides a St Tropez atmosphere with cabanas, out door bar, and two elongated man-made Greco-Roman ponds.  The one with a fireplace built on top of the water appearing as if the fire is blazoning magically directly from its oracle well was especially eye-catching. Sitting next to it was another matter; it was like sitting in the cauldron.

Then I spotted Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth who was wearing a beautiful long and sexy summer dress. The top was a black brassier low cut fit with a hot pinky colored under the bust waistband and the bottom bore a zebra-like pattern. If I had to guess because I really wasn't up close, the material looked like silk.  Omarosa made a pretty portrait in the Euro-Greco setting. Too bad there were so many people because it would have been lovely to see her stroll down the courtyard instead of having to make her way through in her elegant attire. Her dress was unique because most of the women had on short, short dresses including yours truly (according to the theme of the party "Dancing with the Stars" specified by event coordinators). I appreciated the sophisticated look. It was a standout. That's how you get noticed.

I also spotted Wesley Jonathan (Divine Intervention), John Salley, R&B Artist UNE', Record Producer Carmela C. Martin, Trenyce (American Idol) and Chudney Ross (Diana's baby girl who I had met last year when she was co-hosting Young Hollywood TV).

Celebrities Ken Davitian (Borat) and R&B Singer UNE' give shout outs to Claudia Jordan on her birthday.

As the venue became more and more packed, it was truly roasting standing outside and so I went back inside where it was actually cooler.  I think everyone thought that it was cooler outside and were afraid to venture in because the minute you enter the club there was a huge burning fireplace. I love ambiance but a fireplace in sweltering heat, is just not cool. However, once you passed the burning entry and got to the interior first bar, it was nice and air conditioned but you could not sit down because most of the seating areas were all marked "reserved." Guests and VIP celebs were forced to stand and look grimacing at all the available empty seating.  Luckily someone got up from a general seating area and I was able to rest my feet.  While sitting at this center table I saw Guy Torry making his way to the bar and later, further into the main room I spotted Ken Davitian (Borat's side kick) talking biz with some pretty senorita fans and posing for pics.  I was in and out all night, pacing all about in patent leather black Dorothy (Wiz of Oz) shoes.  Other celebs in my immediate view included Porsha Coleman (Video Vixen), Johnny V (Scott Baio show), Alex Quinn (son of Anthony and one of the event coordinators) and Shaun Robinson.  Finally I found a place of comfort in one of the cabanas sitting and talking with UNE, Carmela C. Martin and Omarosa's mom (who is absolutely delightful).  All of a sudden my nose started to signal alert, alert to something pesky in the air. Where we were seated, fumes were coming our way from a nearby vine that divided the cabana where smokers were sitting. The smell was intensifying and so we all decided to leave for better ground fearing a serious risky contact high.  It was back to the red carpet time and by this hour about 11:15 PM or so it was just insane to try and get through the crowd. The place inside and out became jammed, jammed, jammed. There was no room and it was hot and humid outside.  At about 11:30 PM the birthday girl made an entrance and she was drop dead gorgeous. A sight to behold.  Claudia Jordan is definitely Barbie type material. The photogs and video guys went bananas.  She was on the red carpet for at least 30 minutes and then all of her gorgeous girlfriends joined her and they posed and posed and posed. I felt a little sorry for some of the videographers and media outlets who did not get an interview after waiting three hours if not more to speak to the birthday girl. But that comes with the turf.  I was standing there too, and quickly snapped her as she approached, not exactly the perfect shot, but that was the best I could get from my vantage point and then she was whizzed right past me by a body guard type escort.

The scene with Claudia and her friends on the red carpet I have to say was very cute. You could tell girlie fun was about to take place. Inside there were more spectacular beauties especially the dancers who were dancing on the tabletops and they were pumpin' it up. Hair was flying everywhere, arms were gyrating, butts were whippin good and bellies were rolling. First, there were two dancers then there were three and by the time I left there were four dancing girls on top of the tables.

I was thinking about the cake as I was leaving. Surely that must have been just a token decoration cake because no way could that little cake feed all of the guests unless there was a miracle worker in the house.

Well, I saw Claudia, noised around and decided to leave once she and her bevy of gorgeous friends were led inside. After all, there's got to be some privacy and the rest of the evening can be left to your imagination and mine. The way she was dressed would indicate that she was the belle of the ball noticed and appreciated by everyone and was there to have a memorable time. I envision her dancing all night.  If you were wondering where all your Hollywood friends were this past Sunday night, everyone was probably at Claudia's party.

Happy birthday Claudia Jordan, may you have many dances more.

Shout out t Lisa Humphrey and Alex Quinn for a literally "jamming" good time.
