MIKE EPPS ACCUSED OF ATTACKING PROCESS SERVER: Man says comic and others jumped him.

*A process server claims he was beaten up by Mike Epps and two other men when he tried to serve him with a paternity lawsuit in Kentucky.
The alleged victim told Louisville police that he was backstage at Louisville Gardens waiting for his moment to serve the comedian. As he approached and tried to hand Epps the papers, the alleged beatdown ensued.
The man says he suffered an abrasion to the right side of his head and his left eye was swollen shut, according to his complaint.
Speaking of unwelcome deliveries, Epps just finished production on the film "Next Day Air," which centers on a UPS driver who accidently delivers a package containing hidden bricks of cocaine to the wrong address.
