KANYE ORDERED TO SETTLE MOM'S MORTAGE: Illinois company demands more than $600Gs plus interest on Donda's condo.
*A court has ordered Kanye West to pay off the $600,000 mortgage on his late mother's condo in Illinois.
When Dr. Donda West died in November from complications following plastic surgery, she left behind a mortgage that has since ballooned due to unpaid fees and interest.
The mortgage company filed a claim against her estate, which Kanye and his business manager Shawn Gee took control of earlier this month.
The rapper inherited less than $250,000 of assets from his mother, who did not have a will at the time of her death.
