RELIGIOUS LEADERS HONORED BY THE MICHIGAN CHRONICLE: On Saturday, August 16th esteemed ministers will be highlighted.

     The Michigan Chronicle, the voice of the community since 1936, presents a Pastors Salute.

     Join the Michigan Chronicle's Second Annual Pastors Salute Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center in Detroit (48243).

     A long list of religious leaders will be honored for their purpose, faith and achievements.

     The salute will highlight their steadfast commitment and successes.

     Selected honorees include:

Rev. Joseph Barlow of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church; Bishop P.A. Brooks,, of New St. Paul Tabernacle Church of God in Christ; Rev. Samuel Bullock, Jr. of Bethany Baptist Church; Bishop Keith A. Butler of Word of God Faith International Christian Center; Rev. Dr. Nathan Caldwell of Greater Burnette Baptist Church; Rev. Dr. Tellis J. Chapman of Galilee Missionary Baptist Church; rev. Diane Chappelle of Ruth Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church; Superintendent Hurley Coleman, Jr. of Greater Coleman Memorial Temple Church of God in Christ; rev. Michael A. Cousin of St. Stephen African Methodist Episcopal Church; Rev. Charles A. Craig of Craig Memorial Tabernacle Church; Senior Pastor Michael Cunningham of Historical Eastlake Baptist Church; Rev.
