*A lawsuit has been filed in the UK against Tito Jackson by a family friend who claims the singer owes him £12,051, which is the balance of a £20,551 loan given to him earlier this year.

BBC News is reporting that Matt Fiddes, the owner of a martial arts school, claims the loan was to pay for flights and expenses for a visit and television program in the UK.

Jackson, 55, is also said to have visited Fiddes' north Devon hometown with other family members to look at the possibility of buying a home there.

Fiddes said he had built a close and personal relationship with the Jackson family over the past 10 years after working as Michael's bodyguard.

"I have not filed the lawsuit proceedings for the money, it is more about the respect and principle of the matter," Fiddes told BBC News.
