*The Game has escaped criminal battery charges in connection with a scuffle that went down at his cousin's memorial service in Los Angeles.

As previously reported, the rap star and his relative fought over who would pay for their late cousin's funeral expenses.

The judge dismissed the case after Game agreed to attend 36 anger management meetings by February 2009, reports TMZ.com.

The rapper would've faced prison time if found guilty at a trial.
