*Although it is estimated that some 90% of registered African-Americans voters will vote for Senator Barack Obama come November 4th; conversely, approximately 10% will not. In an election that may come down to a small amount of percentage points if "The Bradley Effect" (pre-election polling versus actual returns) plays a role, the importance of the "10%" can't be overstated. Who makes up this 10% and what is their litmus test in assessing the best candidate for him/herself individually and African-Americans collectively?
