*Sen. Barack Obama will make his fourth appearance as a guest on Comedy Central's "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" tonight (Oct. 29) at 11 p.m. (ET/PT).  The Democratic presidential candidate will appear via satellite from Florida where he continues his campaign with less than one week until Election Day. His last appearance on “The Daily Show” was on April 21, the eve of the Pennsylvania Primary.  He also visited the program on Aug. 22, 2007 and Nov. 7, 2005.

*During her appearance on NBC’s “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” Monday night, Obama's wife, Michelle Obama, spoke about their daughter Malia's reaction to the Illinois senator's half-hour ad buy tonight across three of the five major networks. Michelle said Malia asked her dad, "'You're going to be on all the TV? Are you going to interrupt my TV?'" The Illinois senator assured her that her favorite programs would not be affected. "He said, 'No, we didn't buy time on Disney and Nick.' And she said, 'Oh, good.' And she got up and walked away. She was just like, 'Don't mess with my TV,'" Michelle laughed.

*Mamas for Obama, a grassroots organization formed by mothers in Los Angeles, launched their first advertising campaign, which includes more than a dozen original ads with the common theme, "The Republicans Need a Time Out!" The ads will air until the election on major cable networks in swing states. They began running Monday in Florida. The spots, with titles like "Bad Behavior," "Cookies," "Family Values" and "Prayer," feature kids and moms and appeal to a woman's most maternal instinct: to make sure that the world she leaves to her kids will be safe, just, and inclusive.
