*The actor who plays Darryl on NBC's "The Office" may not spend any time in jail over his drug possession case.

Craig Robinson, whose setting on the sitcom is the Dunder Mifflin warehouse, pleaded guilty last August to one felony count of possessing a controlled substance. At the time, he qualified for a deferred entry of judgment for his guilty plea, paving the way for the charge's dismissal should he successfully complete 18 months of a drug-diversion program, consisting of drug counseling and rehab.

"Proof of completion of the program was received and filed in March," Los Angeles Superior Court spokeswoman Vania Steulp told E! News.  At a hearing on Tuesday, the judge acknowledged Robinson's progress.

According to Steulp, a subsequent hearing for a "possible dismissal" of the charge has been set for Feb. 19, 2010.
