JENNIFER HUDSON DELIVERS!: David Otunga Jr. was born late yesterday.

     The details of the birth were first reported by Mr. Scoop, Roger Friedman, via his Hollywood Reporter blog, Showbiz411.com.

     Hudson gave birth late yesterday. The baby David Daniel Otunga, Jr., is obviously named for his father and Hudson’s fiancee. Hmm, wonder if baby Otunga will inherit daddy's nickname? If so, will it be Punk Jr., Punk 2, Punk The 2nd or ... :) Anyway, we jest and digress. Let's congratulate Jen and David on the birth of their healthy son who weighed in at seven pounds, fourteen ounces.

     By the way, according to Friedman, the new parents didn't know the sex of the baby in advance. They bought blue and pink clothes, just in case!

     He also points out that Hudson’s pregnancy has been "different" for a star of her stature. For one thing, she never announced it. She simply turned up “showing” at a concert last winter and let the fans speculate for themselves.
