*Danny Glover, Rockmond Dunbar and Nauri Naughton star in the upcoming film "Highland Park," a drama about a group of high school faculty members who embark upon restoring a public library to help build hope in the community.

The Bureau of Moving Pictures feature film, set in Detroit, is based on the true story of a teacher winning the lottery and using the money to help revitalize his community. Cast members include Billy Burke, Michelle Forbes, Parker Posey, Bob Gunton and Deborah Ann Woll, with Andrew Meieran helming.

The film is unique in that it has the real-life motive of helping to reopen Highland Park's McGregor Library, shut down in 2002 because of a lack of funds.

Meieran plans to simultaneously direct the film as well as a documentary tracing Highland Park's history and the library restoration efforts.
