NICOLE RICHIE GETS PROTECTION FROM PAPS: Judge orders some breathing room between star and two aggressive photographers.

*A judge on Friday granted Nicole Richie's request for a temporary restraining order against two photographers who she accuses of hounding her more than other members of the paparazzi.
Her court filing states that one of the men, Eduardo Arrivabene, caused Richie's car accident that took place last month in Beverly Hills.
The filing added that Arrivabene and Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel continue to chase Richie and her children to get pictures, and that the duo screams at her "in an attempt to get a reaction," leaving the 28-year-old frightened for her family's safety.
Richie has a newborn son and infant daughter with rocker Joel Madden.
