*Two days after testifying against paparazzi in a Los Angeles courtroom, Nicole Richie has checked herself into the hospital with pneumonia, reports the AP.
Publicist Nicole Perna said Wednesday the 28-year-old actress is doing well after she was admitted into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Richie appeared in court earlier this week after asking for a restraining order against two celebrity photographers. A judge granted that request.
The reality show star gave birth to a son, Sparrow James Midnight Madden, in September. She and her husband, rocker Joel Madden, have a daughter, Harlow, who turns 2 in January.
