JAY-Z TO HEADLINE 2010 ISLE OF WIGHT FEST: Rapper joins group that includes Blondie, Strokes, Pink, Orbital and Squeeze.

*Jay-Z has been tapped to headline the 2010 Isle of Wight Festival in June, leading a lineup that includes The Strokes, Pink, Blondie, Orbital and Squeeze according to organizers.
Over 55,000 people are expected to attend the concert, which takes place from June 11 to June 13. Jay Z will headline the event on Friday, June 11.
"Ever since I heard the first Strokes album, I've wanted them for the Isle of Wight," said festival promoter John Giddings. "Jay-Z and Pink are two of the best live acts I have ever seen and the Blondie hits speak for themselves. I can't wait."
Tickets go on sale this Friday (Dec. 4), which is also Jay-Z's 40th birthday.
