ITTY BITTY VIDEOS: Halle Berry talks leadership; Ron Artest explains Hennessy halftimes.

*The Hollywood Reporter caught up with Oscar winner Halle Berry at its Women in Entertainment breakfast, where she received the Sherry Lansing Leadership Award, previously given to such luminaries as Barbara Walters, Jodie Foster, Glenn Close and Meryl Streep.
Below, Berry was asked what the Leadership Award means to her:
*Los Angeles Lakers star Ron Artest was ambushed by TMZ.com cameramen asking about his recent admission that he drank cognac during NBA games ten years ago when he was playing for the Chicago Bulls.
The athlete said he was too young to realize how stupid a decision it was at the time.
"I didn't really care about everything that I had that was golden in my hands ... it took me a long time to understand that god has blessed me," he tells the Web site in the video seen below:
