SEAN KINGSTON PREPS FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE GIG: Teen singer part of lineup for Billboard's special.

*Reggae/pop singer Sean Kingston, 19, will join "American Idol" season eight winner Kris Allen and "Idol" finalist Allison Iraheta for Billboard's New Year's Eve Live special airing Dec. 31 from 11 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. on Fox.
Carmen Electra has been tapped to host the event, which will broadcast live from Las Vegas and Times Square in New York.
The special will showcase some of the most memorable moments from the Billboard Music Awards, and will count down the top 5 of the year in music, movies and television.
