Oprah Tapes Interview with Adam Lambert

    *Oprah Winfrey's camp has confirmed that she taped an interview with Adam Lambert on Wednesday that will air on Tuesday, Jan. 19.

     According to People.com, the "American Idol" runner-up sports a new haircut for his Oprah debut.

     The conversation included talk of Simon Cowell's announced departure from "Idol," his life before and after the show and his controversial performance at the American Music Awards.

     The singer also performed "Whataya Want from Me" from his new album "For Your Entertainment."

     Also on the "Oprah Winfrey Show" with Adam: chart-topper Susan Boyle.
