*T-Pain isn’t afraid to tell homophobic people about themselves.
More specifically he’s talking about people within the hip-hop community who don’t have gay-friendly views.
The auto-tuned rapper turned singer shared his views about homophobia within hip-hop with VladTV.
*Frank Ocean’s cousin has defended his actions in a parking lot brawl with Chris Brown and his entourage, claiming he only used force to protect his relative from getting beat down.
Breezy and his bodyguards clashed with Ocean’s crew over a parking space outside the Westlake Studio in West Hollywood in January. Ocean declined to press charges after initially filing a police complaint for battery, but his cousin Sha’Keir Duarte decided to launch his own $3 million civil suit in August, holding Brown responsible for a beating he allegedly took from a member of the singer’s security team.
Brown hit back with a countersuit last month accusing Duarte of provoking the fight. And now, Ocean’s cousin has admitted to the accusation, but claims he was only trying to defend his cousin.
In legal documents obtained by TMZ, Duarte confesses to using “reasonable and necessary” force to protect himself and Ocean against one of Brown’s handlers, called Hood.
Brown has since gone into anger management after becoming involved in another brawl outside a Washington, D.C. hotel in October. He was ordered to submit to another 90 days in treatment as part of his probation after he was kicked out of a Malibu medical facility for hurling a rock through his mother’s car window during an argument in November.
*It’s official, Kanye West is pleading NOT guilty of assaulting a photog last July at LAX
Blair Berk, Kanye’s legal eagle, entered the not guilty plea on his behalf in court this morning. The photographer in question, Daniel Ramos, was repped by Gloria Alred.
In the case, Kanye West was charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft after allegedly attacking the photo man at the airport and grabbing his camera.
If convicted of both misdemeanors … Kanye faces a maximum of 1 year in jail.
The photographer has also sued Kanye in civil court for assault and battery.
As far a Chris Brown is concerned, he’s filed a countersuit over the Frank Ocean brawl in West Hollywood.
Back in January Chris and Frank went at it outside a recording studio. The building was damaged and Sha’Keir Duarte — Frank’s cousin — claimed he was kicked and beaten by one of Brown’s bodyguards. Duarte sued Chris in August for his injuries.
Now, according to TMZ, Chris Brown is claiming Duarte provoked the fight by threatening to kill him. In the countersuit Chris claims Duarte kicked and punched him.
It’s a little hard to believe, but Brown, of all people, given his rep for violence, swears he attempted to avoid the confrontation “with the aggressive and hostile Mr. Duarte.”
Breezy says it’s all about a shakedown for $$$, saying Duarte’s demand for $2 million is crazy.

*As a longtime supporter of the LGBT community, pop star Madonna may upset a few people with her recent comments on R&B artist Frank Ocean.
During a Q&A on Reddit’s “Ask Me Anything” Monday segment, a fan asked Madonna “what gay man would she like to turn straight?”
Without hesitation Madonna quickly replied “Frank Ocean.”
Ocean did in fact write an open letter last year admitting that his first love was a man, but hasn’t given a confirmation on what his sexual preference is.
Some might take Madonna’s comments lightly as she also referred to herself during the interview as a “gay man” and shared that she owned a bong in the shape of a man’s penis.
*The Detroit News reported Wednesday that the childhood home of rapper Eminem has gone up for auction.
The single-family house on Detroit’s northeast side is listed on a state website, but doesn’t list a price.
Eminem’s mother, Deborah Mathers, was listed as the home owner from 1989 to 2003 according to public records.
The newspaper says a past owner of the home listed it on eBay for $500,000 but received no bids. A real estate website shows it sold for $24,650 in 2007.
The home is listed by the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority. The authority’s website says it acquires, assembles or disposes of public property to promote development and return unused land to productive use.
*A man who claims he was punched and kicked by a member of Chris Brown’s entourage during a fight at a recording studio sued the singer on Tuesday for assault and battery.
Sha’keir Duarte sued Brown for unspecified damages in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming he suffered a concussion as well as humiliation and mental anguish as a result of the attack.
Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos called the case frivolous and said it amounted to an attempted shakedown.
“This is what gives lawyers and lawsuits a bad name is garbage like this,” Geragos said, adding that he will seek to have the lawsuit dismissed and will countersue Duarte.
Duarte claims he was beaten by a member of Brown’s entourage identified in the suit only as “Hood” during a fight over a parking spot.
The fight at Westlake Recording Studios jumped off on Jan. 27 between the entourages of Brown and fellow singer Frank Ocean.
Brown taunted Duarte and threatened that the fight could escalate into a shooting, the lawsuit claims.
Charges were never pursued after Ocean, who said his finger was injured in the fight, stated online that he wouldn’t seek criminal or civil penalties.
The fight started after Brown parked in Ocean’s spot at the studio.
