*Bresha Webb, who was among the finalists for the new black female spot on “Saturday Night Live,” has landed the female lead opposite Romany Malco in ABC‘s pilot “Keep It Together,” from actor-comedian Kevin Hart.
Based on Hart’s life and stand-up, the project takes a candid look at the post-divorce life of a couple, Derek (Malco) and Lorraine (Webb), who are trying to forge a friendship for the sake of their kids, despite their differences.
Webb is currently recurring on “Grey’s Anatomy” and next will be seen in the feature “Home.”

The producer of “Ride Along” and “About Last Night” – both currently in the box office Top Ten, has set up his next film with Universal Pictures via his Will Packer Productions banner.
The comedy, titled “Girls Trip,” will be directed by “Best Man Holiday” helmer Malcolm D. Lee and is set to begin production this summer, reports Deadline.com. Details of the storyline are being kept under wraps.

*Warner Bros has scheduled the Will Ferrell/Kevin Hart comedy “Get Hard” for March 27, 2015, reports Deadline.com.
The Etan Cohen-directed comedy stars Ferrell as a rich, soft-handed investment bank manager who is sentenced to a maximum security prison for a crime he didn’t commit. He hires the streetwise guy (Hart) who normally washes his car to get him ready to do hard time in the 30 days before he has to report.
“Get Hard” will face box office competition from Fox’s animated pic “The Penguins Of Madagascar” and Sony/Columbia’s sci-fi actioner “Chappie.”
