*Katherine Jackson is laying her foot down at the Jackson compound in Encino. She is giving the boot to Alejandra Genevieve Oaziaza, the mother of Randy Jackson’s three kids and Jermaine Jackson’s two kids.
The banishing coincides with Katherine’s plan to remodel the house. The 80-year-old woman is, according to TMZ, in the process of packing boxes and will leave the family home in early December. The renovations are said to be quite extensive and the house is expected to be vacant for several months.
Once everything is back in order, Katherine disclosed that she will only allow some of the former residents back into the house. She is banishing Oaziaza and Randy and Jermaine’s kids to a condo Michael owned in the San Fernando Valley. But she’s keeping the eldest child, Genevieve.
Reports say the baby mama was asking for too much and was kicked out before. If she isn’t satisfied with the new place, she will be forced to live somewhere else. Also, it’s been rumored that Oaziaza and some of her kids have already moved to Japan.

*TMZ is reporting that Katherine Jackson has decided that seven grandkids in her San Fernando Valley mansion is too many for her to supervise, and four of them need to move with their mother into a separate condo owned by the family estate.
Citing “sources with direct knowledge of the situation,” TMZ reports that Katherine has told Alejandra Genevieve Oaziaza — who is currently living at the estate, along with two of her kids by Randy Jackson and two others by Jermaine Jackson — that she and her children must move out next week.
Katherine, 79, is reportedly moving Alejandra, along with Jaafar, Jermajesty, Donte and Randy Jr. to a San Fernando Valley condo owned by the estate.
“We’re told the move was prompted by the stun gun incident last month,” states TMZ. Jaafar, 13, bought a stun gun online and fired it in the house, the Web site reported. Sources say Jaafar pointed the gun at two of Michael’s kids, but the family denies that.
“The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services came to the estate, took the gun and interviewed people in the home, and it became apparent seven kids were too much for Katherine to handle,” TMZ reports. “So as of next week, Prince, Paris and Blanket will have the run of the mansion, unobstructed.”
