*TMZ swarmed Bobby Brown outside a restaurant last night and asked him about the marriage of his daughter Bobbi Kristina to Nick Gordon.
Bobby immediately laughed and said, “No, she didn’t get married.”
Although BK and Nick showed off their rings back in January and announced they had tied the knot, Brown told the pap, “No, she’s still single.”
*Whitney Houston‘s daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown has reportedly lined up a couple of powerhouse mentors in her quest to become a pop star like her late mother.
Radar Online is reporting that Mariah Carey and former “American Idol” judge Randy Jackson are serving as her advisors.
“Mariah and Randy were close friends of Whitney’s and were heartbroken after she died suddenly in 2012. They kept in touch. Now Randy has decided he wants to make a full court press to help Bobbi Kristina become a star– and Mariah told him she wanted in, too!” a source close to music producer Jackson told Radar.
*Bobbi Kristina Brown felt the urge to share her enhanced engagement ring to her fans.
On Thursday, the 20-year-old took to her personal Twitter account in a series of tweets, professing her love for her soon-to-be husband, Nick Gordon.

*Oprah Winfrey‘s post-rehab interview with troubled star Lindsay Lohan drew far smaller audience than Winfrey’s other similar first exclusive sit-downs, reports Deadline.com.
The Lohan interview on Sunday’s “Oprah’s Next Chapter” averaged 892,000 total viewers at 9 p.m., only slightly above the show’s Sunday average (+7%). For comparison, Winfrey’s interview with Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina drew 3.5 million viewers and her chat with disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong pulled in 3.2 million.
For the night, including the 10 p.m. rebroadcast, the Lohan sit-down averaged a total of 1.8 million viewers.
Big Boi from the group Outkast throws out the first pitch before the game between the Chicago Cubs and the San Diego Padres on May 1, 2013 at Wrigley Field in Chicago, Illinois.
*Big Boi has played down reports suggesting he’s about to join the cast of British reality show “Celebrity Big Brother,” insisting he never gave producers an official answer.
The rapper reportedly signed a $450,000 deal with bosses at Channel 5 to appear in the series, which will begin airing later this month, but Big Boi claims the announcement he’ll be a part of the show is premature.
In a statement issued to the Wall Street Journal, the hip-hop veteran explains: “They reached out to my team a while back. I was on my way back from Canada, they started saying I was set to be on there… and it wasn’t true.”
However, Big Boi isn’t ruling out the gig completely, adding: “I don’t know. I’ve been on the road… They were talking to my team but I don’t know what happened after that. I never said yes or no, ever.”
If the rapper signs up for the show, he will join British celebrity contestants including Five singer Abz Love and model Sophie Anderton. Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown is also reportedly on board for the 12th season of the series.
Big Boi wouldn’t be the first hip-hop star to take part in Celebrity Big Brother – Coolio and singer Sisqo have both previously featured on the U.K. version of the program.
*Bobbi Kristina Brown got engaged to Nick Gordon last week and not only are several of the family members not happy, her grandmother Cissy Houston ia insisting she get a prenuptial agreement before saying ‘I do!’
“Cissy’s worst fears are coming true,” a Houston family insider told The National Enquirer. “She never trusted Nick and says he’s an opportunist with no job. She’s convinced that he’s only marrying Krissi to get a piece of Whitney’s $20 million estate.”
The reality is that Bobbi K is now a legal adult, making it hard for Cissy to keep a close-eye on her as she said she would since Whitney’s tragic death. Despite her being grown now, her family is trying their hardest to get her to call off the wedding, says the report.
Bobbi and Nick began dating soon after Whitney’s death and were rumored to be engaged last year. After a short breakup, the pair seemed to have patched things up and now with this engagement announcement it looks like it’s more serious than ever.
Gordon was raised by Whitney Houston, who considered him to be like a son. However, Bobbi Kristina quickly pointed out via Facebook that Whitney never formally adopted Gordon and he is not her brother.
