*Outside of the reality television drama, Kim Zolciak has a little lawsuit on her hands and some talkative parents.
According to TMZ, Kim requested a gag order against her parents. Yes, she wants them to shut their mouths and keep her personal affairs out of the media.
Apparently, mom and dad are yapping it up about their battle with Kim over visitation rights with their grandchildren.
Since Kim’s dad went out and straight up called her a pathological liar, all hell has broken loose and the parents threatened to publish a tell-all book with a $50,000 pay off.
A judgment hasn’t yet been made on the case.
The actual rift between the family was sparked after Kim kicked her mother out of her wedding when she made her way into the house to use the restroom, as opposed to using one of the convenient luxury port-a-potties outside.
Oh, but that’s not all. She’s also being sued by the wedding planner for unpaid fees and valet service.

*Celebrities are losing these days. Tyga is among the losers.
He recently got sued by a group of models for showing their nipples in a video; and he just lost a lawsuit filed by his former accountant, Robert Seltzer.
Documents state Seltzer and the rapper made a verbal agreement back in 2011 in which Tyga said he would use Robert’s credit card to charge food, hotel and transportation while touring, but pay him back at the end of each month.
The tab racked up to $13,396 and some interest.
Tyga has yet to pay any of that up.
So the judge recently ordered him to pay up $16,801.67.
*Nelson Mandela’s daughter is being sued for allegedly flaking on a deal to organize a fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Paquiao.
According to the suit filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Zindziswa Mandela (pictured) made a deal with boxing promoter, Duane Moody, to see this fight through for her dad’s 93rd birthday. She estimated it would bring in $100 million.
Moody claimed she would return 15 percent of the proceeds. But nothing actually ever went down. So now he figures Mandela’s daughter owes him $7.5 million.
Yes, we know 15% of $100 million is $15 million. So, don’task us, ask Mr. Moody.
*A dead broke George Clinton is suing pop band The Black Eyed Peas for allegedly stealing a sample of his classic hit, “(Not Just) Knee Deep.”
The suit claims that the song was used in their 2003 hit single “Shut Up” and he’s asking for a whole lot of money.
The multi-million dollar copyright infringement suit was filed on December 10 in the US District Court for the Central District of California and claims that the Peas used an uncleared sample.
According to reports, the suit could turn ugly on multiple fronts. Clinton’s signature was forged in a battle to clear the sample. The funk master claims he never signed any contract and did not agree to any terms for a sample.
Even after being notified, BEP released another version of the song on the deluxe version of ‘The E.N.D.’ without notifying Clinton.
*On Tuesday, a lawsuit was filed at a Los Angeles County Superior Court against legendary singer, Prince. According to the complaint, Prince owes his former lawyer, Ed McPherson, for failing to pay him for working on two past cases.
The attorney said he performed services amounting to $49,987, however he has received not a dime.
This is just another case in the trials of Prince. He recently settled a deal after canceling a concert in Ireland. The details of the settlement have not been disclosed, however.
