*People all over the world have given voice and celebrity to themselves and many others because of the video age we live in.
Nothing is done in the dark anymore. The camera is always running somewhere and there’s one site that will make sure whatever you film is seen.
That’s right! YouTube! And they’ve managed to keep their video service free for some time now because of all of the ads.
But, now, they want to get in on the money other companies like NetFlix and Hulu gets for charging their customers for content.
Just greedy, right? They will be in the hand-over-fist category of cable companies.
DirecTV loses shows like Spongebob Squarepants in deal gone wrong with Viacom that cost the provider VH1, MTV, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central.

It must have been a total shock to you when you no longer had access to your favorite shows last night.
MTV, VH1, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon were all lost Tuesday in a bad deal between DirecTV and Viacom.
Luckily though, you’ll still get BET (another Viacom channel). Both sides are blaming the other for the channels being removed. (more…)
