*You just gotta love Ice T and his wife Coco Austin because they are the bad ass couple with no boundaries.
Well, at least that’s what we all thought until that whole photo thing happened over the weekend. In any event, the two were spotted Monday night at the Last Rite’s Gallery in NYC amidst the recent steamy photo(s) scandal of Coco and rapper AP.9.
Clad in her classic raunchy wear, Coco strutted her stuff in itty-bitty shorts and patterned tights, you know because it was a little cold outside. Her man wore his signature black.
The controversial photos got Ice, 54, a quite heated, as they depicted another man getting a little fresh with his 33-year-old wifey. But it shouldn’t be anything out of the norm as Coco is wont to spread her charms around, right? When the liaison went down with the previously unknown rapper, she was appearing in a topless review going down in Las Vegas called “Peepshow.” However, as we said, based on his now deleted tweets, Ice wasn’t too thrilled to see his woman getting cheek kisses, neck nuzzles and who knows what else from dude.
‘Don’t get it twisted… I’m not happy about this sh*t,’ Ice’s tweet said.
Ice also informed his fans that he had spoken to his wife about the pictures on the internet, which he explained were taken when she first arrived in Vegas for her show.
But it looks like things are all good with the two-some, at least for now. Even Coco admitted the snaps of her and AP.9 were a bad idea and apologized.
‘Ice is right, the pics I took with this man were in poor taste & I disrespected my husband however the pics were the only thing that happened,’ she wrote on Saturday.
When the situation first went down, she had told her Twitter fans to relax as the photos were “harmless.”
“Woke up to people in a panic about some pics, please guys I’m happily married, sometimes fans & friends take silly pics. Its harmless. #RELAX” she posted at the start of the day.
But after Ice vented his fury over the snaps, she was begging for forgiveness.
‘I feel so sad,the bottom line is I love Ice & I can understand why he’s upset theres no excuse for my actions.I’m so sorry baby & to evryone,’ she wrote.
So now that it’s supposedly all good between Mr. and Mrs. Ice-T, he’s got a message to all those who had the temerity to give their opinion about his situation.
“Everyone with opinions about MY personal life.. Can ‘Eat a Hot Bowl of D**s’ Check YOUR b****.”
By the way, Ice-T and Coco are currently gearing up for the premiere of season three of their reality show, “Ice Loves Coco.”
They’ve been married for 11 years and will celebrate their 12th wedding anniversary on New Year’s Eve.
We wish them the best. Especially Ice-T, cause every time we look at the those pics of Coco and dude, we have the feeling he’s gonna need it.
EUR Bonus video: promo spot for the Las Vegas “Peepshow” Coco is appearing in:
The Ice man, born Tracy Marrow, 54, is dealing with a wife, yes CoCo, 33 – who’s seen in pics with some rapper dude from Oakland named AP.9 – that are burning up the Internet.
Apparently Mrs. Ice-T (Nicole Natalie “CoCo” Austin-Marrow) was Las Vegas participating in some sort of stripper show when she met up with the rapper and was seen having all kinds of fun with him.
And as you can see from the pics above and below, it appears that Coco is liking the vibe she’s getting from rapper dude. Of course Ice-T is none too thrilled about what you and I are seeing and he couldn’t hold it in and put his feeling out via Twitter.
Coco’s in Vegas. She has given me her explanation of the pics on the net from her first weeks out there with some dude. She said he knew someone in the crew from our show and would pop up where ever they would go. He also said he knew me. I don’t know dude.
Regardless.. They would take Posed pics every time. Most of them disrespectful and in bad taste. She’s made me look.. And feel like sh-t.
I say this on Twitter because there’s no way to avoid the obvious misconduct of a married couple. That’s it. Any more questions ask @Cocosworld
Don’t get it twisted… I’m not happy about this sh-t.
Daily Game: Trust no one.
Ice later deleted the tweets, but when asked why, he responded:
“Why did Ice delete all his tweets about the Coco situation?/ I said my part. No need to promote the situation.”
So what’s CoCo’s excuse for embarrassing her husband of eleven years? Here’s what she tweeted:
Woke up to people in a panic about some pics, please guys I’m happily married, sometimes fans & friends take silly pics. Its harmless. #RELAX
Ice is right, the pics I took with this man were in poor taste & I disrespected my husband however the pics were the only thing that happened
I feel so sad, the bottom line is I love Ice & I can understand why he’s upset theres no excuse for my actions. I’m so sorry baby & to evryone
To be honest, we can’t say this is unexpected. After all, she is a world class attention whore. Need we say more?
*Ice-T was recently named in a lawsuit for supposedly stealing someone’s idea for a show.
Roy Colbert of Los Angeles claims the rapper/actor/gang-specialist and A&E Networks robbed him of an idea for a new docu-series about ending gang violence in Los Angeles.
Deadline.com reports that in the suit Colbert says, “Banging Peace” was the working title for his idea; which is based on his own experience documenting efforts to stop gang violence starting in 2004.
The mastermind of the idea says the purpose of the documentary or series, whatever he was going for, was to seek out gang leaders in order to create peace among feuding clicks. Colbert maintains that he and A&E were under an implied contract that he would be compensated for any resulting show.
He claims A&E’s “The Peacemaker,” is the same as his original idea, which aired Dec. 16, 2010.
In other news, Ice-T’s sweet thang, Coco, dropped it like it’s hot in the middle of New York City.
While she’s known for her voluptuous assets and elaborate wardrobe, she made the city her backdrop to a recent random photo shoot, where she stopped traffic.
