*Cee Lo was caught chomping on a chicken leg from El Pollo Loco a few weeks after it was announced he is the new face of eDiets.com.
While the fire-grilled chicken joint is a healthier choice than a three-piece meal and a biscuit, some argue it wasn’t a great choice.
However, he’s committed to being healthier, as he’s consciously denied the fatty foods and pound packing sweet snacks that always bring a little emotional comfort.
According to The Smoking Gun, his current diet consists of rib-eye steaks, chicken and fish.

She told Essence recently that food pleasure is not a priority in her life. She only eats to live.
‘[I] had the only West Indian grandmother that could not cook,’ she explains. ‘She was an awful cook, and she taught me that you don’t eat for taste, you eat for nourishment… And I have kept that over the years, so I can eat anything that’s healthy.’

She did admit, however, that she does indulge in some of her favorite junk foods like pizza and fries, but very rarely.
“I eat for my schedule so I have to eat high-protein, lots of greens and healthy carbs so that I don’t fall flat on my face.”

*Some women (and men) are obsessed with their weight and at every chance, get on the scale.
But superstar Janet Jackson doesn’t have that problem. The singer admitted her weight has been something like a yoyo, but she does not step on that scale.
“I don’t know how much weight I’ve lost, only because I stay away from the scale,” Jackson told PEOPLE at Marco Glavianos “Supermodels” exhibit in New York recently.
“I don’t think [stepping on the scale] is healthy. You’re setting yourself up to fail and women’s bodies fluctuate every month – certain time of the month in particular – we bloat a great deal,” she said.
And 46 never looked better. As the new spokeswoman for NutriSystem, the performer is impressed with the product, saying it really worked for her.
Unlike many celebrity-endorsed diets, she could eat the things she loves and doesn’t have to starve.
On top of a healthy food regimen, she works out on a regular basis, switching up her activities.
“If I’m getting ready for something like a tour, I work out six days a week. I like to switch it up. I may go for a run or bike,” she said.
