“We’re working on a family show: me, my sister, Gilbert [Arenas], Matt [Barnes], you know all of our kids. You know my sister’s got like 18 kids. It’s really four, but it feels like 18 because they’re all over the place. We’re doing a lot of stuff that we’re doing together, which is really cool,” Gloria joked with TheJasmineBrand.com.
*It was a good night for ATL’s King of Hip Hop, T.I. as he celebrated the launch of his new coffee table book, “Book of Kings Vol. 1” presented by AKOO Clothing Company.
The celebration took place at Pillars 38 in New York on Wednesday night. Several of his fine celebrity friends showed up, including Tyson Beckford, Yo Gotti, Gloria Govan, Sway, Maino, Bow Wow, Angela Yee, Rico Love, Emily B., Raheem DeVaughn, Bun B, Amazin Amie, Jonathan Mannion, Sue Tsai, Sharen Carpenter and Problem came to pop bottles and celebrate.
While guests enjoyed Hennessy cocktails, a full art and fashion gallery brought the pages of T.I.’s book to life.
“Book of Kings Vol. 1,” which was exclusively shot by photographer Mark Atkinson, was produced to celebrate fashion, art, photography, music and lifestyle through trailblazers in the pop culture.
The got hitched almost a year ago in Las Vegas and now they’ve officially marked their nuptials during a beautiful wedding in Santa Barbara.
Gloria was dressed in a lacey mermaid cut gown and walked down the aisle to Tupac’s “All Eyes on Me.” The couple invited their closest friends and family to the ceremony which was held at Bacara Resort & Spa.
Gloria’s sister, Laura, served as the Maid of Honor. TheYBF.com reports that no other cast mates from “BBW: LA” were in attendance, but the ceremony was filmed. No word on if, when or where it will air.

*It’s never too late for a baby shower! Just ask Basketball Wives of LA’s Gloria Govan.
Over the weekend, close friends and family threw her a bridal shower.
As you may or may not recall, last September, Gloria and NBA baller Matt Barnes had a low-key wedding in Las Vegas.
So low key that even the good folk at VH1 had no idea, along with her BBall Wives castmates. Fast forward to the present day and the bridal shower was hosted by Gloria’s mother, her sister Laura Govan, Chris Paul’s wife, Jada Paul, Janice Hollins and some other fancy folk.

*The Los Angeles version of “Basketball Wives” could be taking a backseat this new season.
According to Gloria Govan, the show hasn’t been invited back for a third season.
“We haven’t been picked up for a third season yet, so I’m not really sure where we are with it,” Gloria recently told HipHollywood.com. “When the time is right, I think it’ll be about time for me to leave that show, anyway.”
Historically, “BBW:LA” is littered with drama and cat fights (not that the other one isn’t). But it had gotten so unbearable, executive producer Shaunie O’Neal once said it could use a makeover.
Regardless of its fate, Gloria is considering her own exit.
“I probably most likely won’t be on ‘Basketball Wives: LA’ again,” she said.
