*A family in the Hamptons woke up one night to a bunch of noise downstairs, only to find out it was Alicia Keys, her husband and their friends having a good ol’ time…in the wrong house.
Keys and Swizz Beatz had rented a place down the road, but got “confused and accidentally entered the wrong house,” a source told Page Six. It’s unclear why said house was unlocked, but it so happened that the R&B singer and her posse ended up in a stranger’s kitchen.
A “Hamptons insider” explained the night, saying, “There was a woman upstairs in the bedroom at the house, and she heard noises downstairs. The woman’s daughter, a recent college grad, and her friends had been ‘pregaming’ earlier in the night before going out, so she assumed that the noise was that they’d all returned home.”
Instead, she found Alicia Keys.
According to Page Six, “all parties saw the humor in the mishap,” which, we guess, means no charges were pressed, and maybe even some backstage passes were given out.
John Dubis mug shot
*Jennifer Lopez is said to be “completely freaked out” that her longtime stalker John Dubis was found laid up in her Hamptons pool house for six days while she was away from home.
Despite J-Lo’s security team on the premises for the whole week between August 3rd and 9th, he went undetected until one employee confronted him.
According to the New York Post, Dubis claimed to be her husband and the father of her children as cops arrived to arrest him. He went on to announce that he had pleasured himself in the singer’s yard.
Dubis regularly posted photographs and other posts online about his “wife Jenny.” Among them was a pic of J-Lo’s lawn and a photo of her initials etched in a tree trunk captioned “Some more david and jenny art.”
The 49-year-old retired fireman is undergoing psychiatric evaluation and has been charged with several offenxes including second-degree burglary, two misdemeanors and fourth-degree stalking.
On hearing the news, sources close to the star revealed that she was “completely freaked out” and now reassessing security measures for her home. She’s also in the process of getting a restraining order, according to the Daily Mail.
One neighbor near the $10 million Hamptons property revealed to the NY Post, “Come to think of it, I did find it odd when I saw a man standing outside her driveway with the gate closed. I figured he was just part of her security crew.”
Dubis will appear in court on August 28.
