*Hmmm, the upcoming NFL draft is going to be verrrrrry interesting, to say the least.
That’s because Michael Sam (pictured), an All-American defensive lineman from Missouri and the Associated Press’ SEC Defensive Player of the Year, came out of the closet in an interview with ESPN’s “Outside the Lines” on Sunday.
Sam says his sexuality was not a secret with his coaches and teammates at Missouri who have known since last August.
Bottom line: Michael Sam says he is “an openly, proud gay man.”
*TMZ cameras caught up with Magic Johnson’s 20-year-old son Earvin Johnson III, a.k.a. EJ, as he was walking down Sunset Blvd. hand in hand with his boyfriend.
EJ, who has rarely been spotted by the paparazzi, was dressed in a black fur coat and toted a red bag as he graciously fielded questions from the TMZ cameraman.
A while back, Magic told TMZ how proud he is of his son.
“Cookie and I love EJ and support him in every way. We’re very proud of him.”
EJ, one of Magic’s three kids, is just as supportive of his pops. In addition to being an obvious Lakers fan, he told TMZ he’s been “hoping and praying” for his dad’s baseball team, the Los Angeles Dodgers, ever since Magic and his business partners took over the franchise.
In August, Magic visited his son at NYU, where he is attending college. Afterward, the NBA legend tweeted, “Thx to my son EJ for hosting me at NYU. Look forward to taking him to dinner tonight in the city.”
Well, now she has turned on him, and taken to social media to call her former flame a flaming gay; even going a step farther to suggest he kill himself.
If it’s of any importance to anyone at this point, whether or not Stevie kissed Lil Wayne, he hasn’t denied the notion.
And just a little side note, doesn’t Joseline resemble a man sometimes? Maybe that’s what he likes eh?
Well, isn’t that nice? She posted, “Ladies the first time a n**** offer u drugs run away for cover lol. They try to destroy u cause they finish. Smh” And then, “f*** u d*** sucking a** n****. Go kill yourself u b****”
It’s not totally clear what happened between the two of them, but their relationship has always appeared quite strained and battle stricken. She also mentioned that they’re not together anymore (for the moment) because he’s allegedly abusive.
*Miguel is not gay, just in case you were wondering if your gay-dar was working or not.
The singer addressed the longstanding question that’s been sort of floating around since his debut two years ago.
He admits in an interview with the Power 104.1 Breakfast Club crew that his look is off the beaten path of borderline metro and homo (no offense anyone).
“I was just trying to be myself in the midst of being pressured to be something that I wasn’t. So I found myself making choices — you know when someone’s rushing you to make a decision? Sometimes you don’t make the best decisions because you’re just trying to keep up,” he said.
Regardless of the rumors, Miguel doesn’t much care about people wondering about his sexual orientation. He’s gonna keep doing Miguel.
And as far as his peer, Frank Ocean, going public with his sexuality, he’s indifferent about the whole thing, saying it could have just been something to garner media coverage.
“It could have been a marketing ploy, who’s to say,” he hypothesized. “At the end of the day, as a grown a– man, I don’t really care what the sexuality of the next man is.”
Besides dealing with the rumors of everyday celebrity life, Miguel’s latest album, “Kaleidoscope Dream” is an ode to his life and gives fans a good dose of life from his point of view.

*If a federal appeals court’s decision about marriage is allowed to stand, one legal group says states will see their respective definitions of marriage redefined by activist judges, says OneNewsNow.com.
Proponents of California’s Proposition 8 have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overrule a decision reached by the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that deemed the measure unconstitutional. In June, the Ninth Circuit refused to review a decision that overturned Proposition 8.
“Marriage is a fundamental building block that has been defined and adopted throughout Western civilization,” he recognizes. “The ProtectMarriage.com legal team looks forward to standing before the U.S. Supreme Court and defending this important institution.”
The legal petition warns that if the Ninth Circuit’s decision is allowed to stand, it will lead to states being forced “to redefine marriage based on judicial decree.”
*Lil’ Scrappy made a risky move recently in response to Frank Ocean’s coming out moment, commenting that he’s glad his peer made the announcement because it will help keep down the AIDS epidemic.
The rapper said that he’s glad Ocean did what he did so that “all the real women that love to mess with real men, straight men, we can keep the AIDS situation down, you feel me?”
According to TMZ, he cited that science has proven homosexuality is the doorway to AIDS.
Although it’s true that homosexual men are at higher risk for contracting the deadly disease, Scrappy’s statement is a bit misinformed.
Ocean made a bold move when he composed and published an open letter about the pressures he faces and struggles he has dealing with his sexuality. He has begun a conversation that has been completely secret for so long.
