*Apparently Diddy’s baby’s mother is crazy. According to another nanny, she’s got some issues.
TMZ says nanny no. 2 Amanda Jansen, filed a lawsuit against Kim Porter, who hired her in 2011. Though her job was to care for the kids, Kim started to use her as a full-service housekeeper. She adds that she was working ridiculous hours, sometimes well over 100 hours a week. Is that even possible?
Jansen claims she was hired as live-in help, but says she was never given a room with a working lock, and had no furniture other than a bed and desk.
The nanny/housekeeper eventually complained about her schedule and as a result was fired.
Now she’s trying to cash in for all the bad things that happened in a wrongful termination suit.
She’s looking for a six-figure payout. And Diddy’s involved this time because she says his company was the one that sent her checks.
This is the second time Kim’s being sued by a nanny. A previous lawsuit accused Porter of doing drugs around the kids. Porter has denied the allegation.
*Kim Porter is not having it with her former nanny.
The mother of two of Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ children is taking Dawn Drago to court for allegedly lying.
As we reported, the ex-nanny sued Kim for wrongful-firing, claiming that she smoked weed and did cocaine around her own kids.
Kim says that’s not so and the nanny is a liar and a convicted shoplifter.
Porter says what Dawn is really mad about is that she got nixed for lying on her time sheets. So because she’s bitter that she got caught in a lie, she filed a suit.
However, the former baby booty wiper’s lawyer says her shoplifting past has nothing to do with the case “because she was not working at a shop.”
*Uh oh, this could be some serious drama about to jump off concerning Diddy‘s baby mama, Kim Porter.
Nanny Dawn Drago who worked for Porter, from 2011 to 2012, claims in a lawsuit, that Kim chain-smoked pot in the house while Diddy’s young daughters were home.
However, Drago’s suit says marijuana was not Kim’s only drug of choice. She alleges she found cocaine as well, and on one occasion she says she was driving the kids to school and noticed they were covered “in a white powdery substance,” according to report from TMZ.
Drago claims the kids had gotten into “a bag containing the powder, along with clear capsules, filled with another powdery substance in a bag in the back seat.”
Drago says she confronted Porter, who said the bag contained “medicine.”
And there’s more. Drago also claims Porter verbally and violently abused her before eventually firing her last year.
As for why she was fired … Drago says the marijuana smell was choking and she dared to complain she couldn’t take it.
The case — filed by Patrick Reider — seeks unspecified damages.
TMZ says they’ve contacted Diddy’s people and Kim Porter, but so far, nothing but crickets.
Sean 'Diddy' Combs arrives at the BET Awards '11 held at the Shrine Auditorium on June 26, 2011 in Los Angeles
*Sean “Diddy” Combs is selling his seven-bedroom New Jersey mansion of seven years, the New York Post is reporting.
The hip-hop mogul’s 12,000-square-foot Colonial-style home on the border of the exclusive enclaves of Alpine and Closter is slated to hit the market today for $13.5 million, the broker for the listing confirmed.
Combs paid $6 million in 2004 for the house for himself, his then-longtime girlfriend, Kim Porter, and their son, Christian.
Porter and Combs, who had twin daughters together in 2006 and split in 2007, have been spending more time in Los Angeles, sources tell the newspaper.
*OMG … would you believe Diddy is getting sued for $900 billion dollars (!) in one of the most ridiculously bizarre lawsuits known to mankind.
A woman named Valerie Joyce Wilson Turks alleges Diddy, along with his baby mama Kim Porter and Rodney King, knocked down the World Trade Center in 2001, crippling the woman and her son.
“[Diddy] went through Kim Porter and Rodney King and knocked down the WTC
and then they all came and knocked my children down,” Turks alleges. “Set me
up to be on disability and disabled my baby. He put my baby in a
Turks even says the two have a 23-year-old son together because he date-raped her 24 years ago. Oh wait, there’s more. She also claims he stole a casino chip from her that is worth “100 zillions of dollars.”
“Plus I won a lot of money at the casino in Mississippi and Sean P. Diddy Combs has my chip to my money. I heard he gave it to Gwen Allen to hold but she can not cash it in,” Turks continued. “I want my chip please help me. it’s well worth over 100 zillions of dollars, and my hospital keys. They put me and my baby in the hospital and broke my baby 2 legs and sexual assaulted my children and crushed us.”
As redunkulous as this whole ordeal sounds, there is actually a hearing scheduled for Monday, Jan. 31. She’s asking for $900 billion for child support and $100 for her lost income.
Seems to us that whoever allowed this woman to file this “lawsuit” needs to be sued.
*Sean Combs, better known these days as Diddy, is one who certainly knows how to impress a crowd. Over the holidays, the Hip Hop mogul sailed into the sunset in a luxury yacht powered by an iPad. Guests were able to enjoy the vessel’s amenities via the Mac product.
Combs along with his ex-girlfriend Kim Porter and their two daughters were given an iPad as well.
“You won’t find this app for download in the Apple store any time soon,” said Robert Conner, central agent for the company that leases the ships, Luxury Yacht Group. “For instance, if we have a client who we know is a music industry bigwig, then we’ll program the app’s homepage to have a prominent shortcut to our high-speed media server’s music library, and we’ll do our research to make sure we have all the music they’d want to listen to.”
The custom iPads paired with the yacht are part of a line of designs by a German yacht firm, Lurssen. Each vessel is “fitted” for the individual user for optimal pleasure and riding.
Diddy’s ride cost him a pretty penny, well chump change in his pocket at a pricey $850,000 a week, which included fine dining, a gym, bar, entertainment salon, and several Jacuzzis.
It would be nice, eh?
