Producer, Branding Expert and Lifestyles Guru Oscar Generale lands a deal with BMW Motorrad
*Hollywood producer and product placement genius Oscar Generale, alongside his partner Ms. Simona Politi have worked numerous years together, promoting the most luxurious brands with their high profile Hollywood fraternity of contacts.
Generale and Politi have a knack for establishing great relationships between prestigious brands and highly sought after Hollywood personalities.
Their extensive portfolio include campaigns, promotions and product placement for the biggest brands and stars. The Generale/Politi team continues their legacy through a new deal with luxury motor vehicles BMW Motorrad.
Oscar Generale and Simona Politi now work together with BMW Motorrad to handle their Hollywood celebrity affiliations.
Most recently, Generale was present in Italy during the Rome Film Festival earlier this week. He was there to organize a huge PR event for BMW. Generale brought Academy Award winner Adrien Brody to be apart of BMW Motorrad’s “Ride of your Life” Campaign, conducting various press events and releases for the German Motor House.
In addition, Generale brought together some of the most influential personalities from Hollywood, and organized a private dinner with Academy Award winners Paul Haggis, Adrien Brody, and Ric Yune. *Olympus Pictures and Paul Haggis’ Hwy 61 announced today it is moving forward with a father-son project inspired by the relationship between ESPN sports commentator Selema “Sal” Masekela and his father, South African jazz musician and apartheid activist Hugh Masekela.

The untitled project follows a son emerging out of the shadow of his successful but troubled father set against a backdrop of music, surfing, and South Africa’s racism.
Hugh Masekela, who was featured on Paul Simon’s “Graceland” album, was exiled for more than 30 years for speaking out against apartheid.
According to Deadline.com, South African filmmaker Mukunda Michael Dewil has been hired to write and direct the film, with Selema Masekela serving as a producer. Leslie Urdang and Dean Vanech of Olympus Pictures, and Haggis and Michael Nozik of Hwy 61 Films are also producing
“I first met Sal when he was a teenager working with his father on the Graceland tour,” said Urdang. “We met again many years later and the riveting narrative is a father/son story filled with surprise, danger, bravery, forgiveness, and lots of music.”
*Actor Lennie James will star in a recurring role on the HBO original series “Hung,” per the “Hollywood Reporter.”
The veteran of CBS’ “Jericho” will play a potential love interest to accidental pimp Tanya (Jane Adams).
The series, which debuted last June, stars Thomas Jane as Ray Drecker, a struggling suburban Detroit high school basketball coach who resorts to male prostitution to make ends meet.
James next appears on the big screen in Paul Haggis’ “The Next Three Days.”
