*EUR alluded to it back in November, but now the deal is sealed.
However, as DMC recently explained during an interview with Access Atlanta, fans shouldn’t expect a traditional reunion from the duo.
“We’re not back together as a group, we just have some good offers to do some shows,” McDaniels explained. “But at the same time we get to showcase (Jam Master) Jay’s children and bring awareness to the JMJ Foundation, which his wife created to keep music programs in school.”
“We’re going to stick to doing big shows, but we’re not doing an album, no world tour. We can’t really be Run without Jay, but we can show up for certain shows.”
McDaniels added,“It’s really weird and different [performing without Mizell]. But when it comes to doing the songs, when we did the first show in Philly last year, my friend asked what it was like and I said, it’s funny, I couldn’t describe it,” he said. “But it was like riding a bike. Everybody else was singing along, so if I forget the lyrics, I just look at crowd [sic].
*Sigh. Did we really expect things to go well between the drama queens on the set of the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” season 2 reunion show?
Though the show has officially ended for the season, the reunion gave the VH1 stars an opportunity to voice their concerns and displeasure with each other. And, how shall we put this, they did not disappoint.
We heard reports that shoes flew, literally, on set. Joseline Hernandez kicked it off (pun intended) when asked by host Mona Scott Young to comment on Mimi Fausts’ new boob job.
Joseline claimed Mimi got the job done to look like her, and, well … all hell broke loose; security guards scrambled on stage to restrain Joseline from getting physical with Mimi.
Though it appeared the two women hated each other, things seemed to calm down once Stevie J came on the stage. The women then turned on him, blaming him for the chaos. Mimi admitted that she didn’t hate the aspiring Puerto Rican bred rapper, but admitted that Stevie J was wrong for constantly texting her for sex and proposing to the both of them when he was dating Joseline. The women even agreed that Stevie J has “mommy issues” after being abandoned by his own mother and Joseline said that she has her own “mommy issues,” which keeps her attached to Stevie J.
Hmmm…self diagnosis. Works for us!
Meanwhile, K. Michelle reconciled with everyone before leaving the show, well, almost everyone: Mimi is not one of them. When asked about her relationship with the singer Mimi responded, “I don’t know ask her.”
Go on, watch the confrontation between Joseline & Mimi. You know you want to

*Faith Evans decided to skip the reunion of TV One’s R&B divas, sources say.
The cast also includes Syleena Johnson, LaTocha Scott, Angie Stone, Monifah, KeKe Wyatt and Nicci Gilbert.
TheJasminedBrand.com reports that Faith, who is a co-exectuvie producer for “R&B Divas,” opted not to show up for the reunion shoot.
Evan’s absence may not be a coincidence. Last season, she took a much lesser role compared to the other girls, which may be a sign of things to come.
Although Faith has not offered an explanation about ditching the reunion, she did hit the big 4-0 this week.
She recently tweeted, “Thanking God for 40 amazing years! Thanks everyone for all the birthday love!”
Minus Evans, watch the season 2 reunion of “R&B Divas” airing June 26 at 10 p.m. on TV One.
*Will Smith and son Jaden were in the UK last week to promote their new film “After Earth.” One of the stops was the BBC’s The Graham Norton Show.
Not only did the 44-year-old actor/rapper use the opportunity to promote the film, he and Jaden, 14, along with DJ Jazzy Jeff, treated the audience to the theme song from “The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.”
But hey folks, that’s not all. Mr. Smith brought out his former “Fresh Prince” co-star Alfonso Ribeiro to do his dorky, but loveable dance to Tom Jones’ “It’s Not Unusual.” It’s still a crack up after all these years.
Showing off their best moves, the three, then joined by Graham, danced to The Sugar Hill Gang classic “Apache (Jump On It).”
Meanwhile. fellow guests Bradley Cooper and Heather Graham watched on in delight with the actress exclaiming: “That was so cool!”
Yes, it was. Yes it was. Watch, laugh and get yo’ groove on.
*It’s really about to go down with the “Real Husbands of Hollywood: The Reunion Special.”
Premiering Tuesday, May 28 at 10 P.M. ET/PT on BET, this hilarious show is about to knock NeNe and ‘nem right out the park.
Tensions are high as the entire cast reunites in the middle of filming season two to discuss the fun, the fights and craziness surrounding the inaugural season of “the fakest reality show on television.”
Hosted by Lala Anthony, the reunion features Kevin, Nick, JB, Duane, Boris and Nelly squashing old beefs, and hilariously creating new ones, with Kevin of course at the center of the conflict.
Recently departed cast member Robin Thicke adds to the mix by returning to set the record straight on his relationship with Kevin after abruptly exiting the series last month and original husband Bobby Brown makes an explosive cameo appearance that is sure to turn heads.
You don’t want to miss it.
