The singer told Sister 2 Sister on Monday that Bobby Brown jumped the gun on the announcement because nothing has been finalized yet.
“There’s been talk about all that kind of stuff, but I’m not sure where I sit on it just yet,” Johnny admitted to us. “We’re looking at the possibilities and I know that a lot has been talked about.”
Nothing’s been made official because contracts haven’t been signed yet. Besides, Gill isn’t too excited about putting his business on blast.
“I’m not very keen on reality shows and how much involvement I would have in it. I’m not sure,” Johnny told S2S.
Doing a television isn’t necessarily out of the question. The singer wants to do something that’s different, something stand out, and away from the current trend of reality shows. He even said he’d love to do a television project, if the right opportunity came along.
The crooner has definitely made his mark as a solo artist and after 16 years, he’s back getting back with the group and hopefully making some new music.
“Our goal was just to make great music, good music, solid music, and we hoped that everyone would just enjoy,” Johnny said. But even with rave reviews, the singer still thinks there is much to be done. “I’d say we’re halfway there with our goal,” said Johnny.
