Dern filed legal documents Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court seeking primary physical custody of their two children — son Ellery, 10, and daughter Jaya, 7 — and joint legal custody. She’s also seeking child and spousal support and wants Harper to pay her attorneys’ fees.
Dern and Harper were married in December 2005 after five years of dating. Harper first filed divorce papers in October 2010, citing irreconcilable differences and asking the judge not to award her spousal support.
In January, the two sparked speculation of a reconciliation when they attended the Golden Globes together — where she won the award for best actress in a comedy series.
*Deion Sanders has been ordered to pay $10,500 per month in child support to his estranged wife Pilar Sanders, and $275,000 to cover her legal fees, reports TMZ.
The NFL veteran will not, however, have to pay spousal support.
Pilar was also ordered to return six containers of Deion’s property by July 1.
Last week, Deion was granted a restraining order against Pilar, which requires her to stay at least 500 yards away from his Dallas mansion.

*After exposing his alleged philandering in an e-mail to his co-workers, actress Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon has officially filed for divorce from her husband Michael Nilon.
According to TMZ, the papers were filed in L.A. County Superior Court on May 10 — just two days before their ninth wedding anniversary.
Garcelle, who has 2-year-old twins with Michael — is seeking joint legal and physical custody, the Web site reported. The former “NYPD Blue” star has also requested that the judge not award any spousal support to Michael.
As previously reported, Beauvais-Nilon put her husband’s cheating on blast in an email to his colleagues, titled “Tiger Woods/Jesse James/Mike Nilon.”
“What do they have in common . . . I found out today that MY husband of almost 9 yrs has been having an affair for 5 yrs with some slut in Chicago. I am devastated!!!!” she wrote. “And I have been duped!! Our boys don’t deserve this!”
*It’s finally over – officially – for Nas and Kelis.
Their five-year marriage was terminated on Friday, however, the battle continues on over child custody and spousal support.
According to TMZ, documents filed Friday in L.A. County Superior Court show that Nas is ordered to pay roughly $10,000 per month in child and spousal support, but he still maintains that he can’t afford it.
Kelis, who cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce, filed a contempt motion against Nas in February because he had missed payments for their 10-month-old son Knight.
*Rapper Nas has filed new court documents claiming he’s unable to make his ordered child and spousal support payments to ex-wife Kelis.
The artist was ordered last month to pay more than $87,000 in back child and spousal support, as well as $10,000 per month to Kelis to stay current.
In a new filing reported by TMZ, Nas claims that the judge predicated the order on Nas making $152,031 a month, when in fact, he makes “substantially less than that amount.”
Nas’ lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is asking the judge to take reconsider the amount of payments to make sure that it is proportional to his monthly income.
*Kelis doesn’t want to spend another second married to Nas, and has reportedly asked a judge to make her divorce from the rapper official immediately.
According to TMZ.com, the singer filed court documents last week seeking to have their marriage “terminated as soon as possible.” Kelis reportedly told the court she believed there is no chance of reconciliation with the rapper and is asking the court to wait until a later date to address all “other issues.”
Last week, a judge in Los Angeles Superior Court ordered Nas to pay Kelis over $299,000 in child support costs, spousal support and also to cover her legal bills. The rapper must pay $155,787.28 for Kelis’ lawyers, $48,549.83 in accounting bills, $47,249.42 in back child support and $40,454 in back spousal support.
Also last week, Nas was cleared of a contempt of court charge after he paid the entire balance of his child support bill.
