Rapper Dr. Dre performs during the Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, J.Cole, Miguel and SchoolBoyQ concert during the 2013 BET Experience at Staples Center on June 29, 2013 in Los Angeles, California
*The trustee in charge of both Death Row Records and Suge Knight‘s Chapter 7 bankruptcy case is trying to squash Dr. Dre’s attempt to collect $3 million in royalties he claims he is owed, reports RadarOnline.com.
The trustee’s motion to dismiss, filed Feb. 3 in Calif., states that Dre already attempted to collect the same $3 million years ago and was already shut down — basically the matter has already been judged.
“Death Row Records, Inc. and Marion Knight, hereby moves … to dismiss the motion filed by Andre Young for allowance of his administrative claim on the grounds that the claim is barred by res judicata, on the grounds that it fails to state a claim for an administrative expense, and on the ground that the claim is barred by the applicable statute of limitations,” the documents read.
*The other night, Suge Knight spoke publicly about the now infamous pot punch and dirty record company deals on The Arsenio Hall Show.
Knight sat down with Arsenio and addressed his pet peeves with record labels, contracts and the business side of the music industry.
*Hmm, looks like Arsenio Hall‘s veiled (Suge Knight) threat to NBC News’ Brian Williams got his attention.

On Wednesday’s NBC Nightly News broadcast from the winter Olympics in Sochi, Williams apologized to Hall after NBC News left Arsenio’s photo off a Brady-Bunch-esque photo montage of late-night stars on Monday’s broadcast.
*While covering “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” Brian Williams and NBC News made a list of late night hosts that are competing for the top spot on TV.
Tuesday night on “The Arsenio Hall Show,” host Arsenio Hall pointed out that there seemed to be one face missing: his own!
Arsenio didn’t want to play the role of “angry black man,” so he asked Suge Knight to step in for him. Check out the clip below.
*There’s a reason Suge Knight is considered a bully and is feared. Dude WILL pop you. In a heartbeat
Yep, Suge is in a heap of trouble because he did just that and threatened to kill a marijuana dispensary employee after he was told to leave because he didn’t have medical marijuana card.
Check out the video of him slugging the guy below.
*Apparently Suge Knight has not been getting the memo. According to reports, another arrest warrant has been issued for the former head of Death Row Records.
The warrant is the latest one issued for Knight, who did not show up in court after being ordered to do so upon being arrested and released from jail in September.
