*It’s been more than a year since the son of Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Raymond died in a boating accident on a Georgia lake.
Raymond is working to keep the memory of son Kile Glover alive, honoring him with the first Give Thanks 5K run/walk Saturday morning at Chastain Park in Atlanta, reports the Association Press. She wants to raise money for the Kile’s World Foundation’s art initiatives and upcoming camps.
“I know when I’ll be running, I will be thinking of him,” Raymond said of her son, who was run over by a personal watercraft on Lake Lanier, northeast of Atlanta, last year. The 11-year-old boy died two weeks after being critically injured in the accident.
“I’m thinking about him every day, but he was my running buddy,” she continued. “That’s who I used to do my neighborhood jogs with all the time. He would be the only one who would be like, ‘Let’s go, mom’. He kept me going.”
*Remember that story we did last week about Usher‘s ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, getting turned on by the photo of Ursh’ six-pack he recently developed for a movie role as Sugar Ray Leonard?
Tameka posted the photo and tweet below which caught the attention of Wendy Williams, who went in on the mother of Usher’s two sons.
“Here’s the thing Tameka,” Williams began. “Which way is it gonna be? Are we hiring a lawyer and going after him to fight for our kids? Or do we wanna jump back in bed with him? See that’s why they said you need an evaluation. I’m just saying. You don’t play. Mothers know. Women know. You don’t play when it comes to your kids. You’re not going to talk about him looking scrump. What you need to be doing is you need to be hunting down a team of lawyers, at least two, and a private eye. Tameka, just focus on what’s important.”
Well apparently Tameka didn’t think her reaction to Usher’s photo was that big of a deal and had no problem saying so.
*Just when you thought they were done in court…they’re not.
Four years after their divorce, Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster continue with legal disputes in relation to their two sons.
Foster, a personal stylist who married the singer in 2007 after working for him, is reportedly asking a judge to reprimand Usher, 34, for ditching co-parenting classes the couple were required to attend, according to TMZ.
Usher has primary custody of their two sons 5-year-old Usher Raymond V, who goes by Cinco, and Naviyd Raymond, 3. Foster reportedly claims that the singer has been leaving her out of the loop on their children’s happenings.
Foster is supposed to be included in “important family decisions,” the gossip site claims, and Usher has been shutting her out. She is reportedly asking a court to hold Ursh in contempt and order him to “be a better co-parent.”

Despite their divorce the former couple has endured several hardships together in recent months – especially with the sudden death of Foster’s 11-year-old son Kile in July 2012 after a tragic jet ski accident left him brain dead.
Then this year in August, Usher’s eldest son Cinco nearly drowned in a pool after getting his arm caught in a drain.
“I am blessed and fortunate to say that my son Usher V is doing well and is recovering,” the singer said in a statement at the time.

*Usher’s son Usher Raymond V is in the ICU at an Atlanta hospital after a serious accident in the singer’s pool Monday, reports TMZ.
According to sources, Usher was not home at the time. The child was playing in the pool with his aunt at around 6 p.m. on Monday and saw a toy in the drain. He dove down to get the toy and his arm got stuck in the drain. The aunt immediately dove in to rescue him but couldn’t get his hand out. The maid then dove in and tried but was also unsuccessful.
The maid screamed for help. Two men working in the house came out, dove in and freed the boy. He was given CPR immediately and rushed to the hospital. Usher arrived and drove in the ambulance with his son.
Usher Raymond V
Usher Raymond V, 5, is the eldest of Usher’s two sons with ex-wife Tameka Raymond. According to TMC, Usher and Tameka were at the hospital at press time.
Doctors have been running a series of tests and say he’ll be ok, according to TMZ.
This is the second accident to strike a child in Usher’s family. Tameka’s 11-year-old son Kile from a previous relationship died last year from injuries sustained during a jet ski accident.
*It looks like we’re in for another snoozer. Or maybe not
The ex-wives of music supernovas Usher Raymond and CeeLo Green are reportedly in talks with VH1 to star in a brand spanking new reality series.
The show will be similar to the cable station’s current “Hollywood Exes” but based in Atlanta, according to Radar Online.
Usher’s former missus, Tameka Foster , and Green’s ex-love, Christina Johnson , both had marriages that wound up in ugly divorces, and VH1 is supposedly keen on getting the girls to dish dirt about their former husbands.
Both Green and Usher aren’t thrilled about the possibility of their exes getting a reality show, sources say. An insider allegedly told Star Magazine that Green “joked that his ex may spill some of his dirty secrets,” while Usher is genuinely concerned about the concept.
The unidentified source went on to reportedly state, “Usher and Tameka don’t get along, and he knows she’ll be happy to talk about his personal life so that she can become the star of the show.
Usher’s concerned because Tameka’s still bitter about him divorcing her and is having financial problems, so this could be her meal ticket.”
*TMZ is all up in Tameka Raymond‘s business again and we’re here to report what they’re reporting.
The gossip site says Usher’s ex recently lost a battle with her former landlord for past rent and now owes over $200,000!!!
Tameka was battling her former landlord, who claimed she owed nearly $50,000 in back rent for three retail spaces in a Georgia complex where she ran her business.
Tameka argued it was her landlord who broke the lease and the case should be tossed, but a judge did not see it that way AT ALL … and ordered Tameka pay up $186,036.50 in principal and $18,628.65 in attorney fees ….. for a grand total of $204,665.15.
It’s unclear why Tameka Raymond was ordered to pay so much.
TMZ says they called her for comment, but never heard back.
*The man riding the jet ski that killed Usher’s stepson has pleaded not guilty to all charges connected to the accident.
Jeffrey Simon Hubbard is accused of losing control of the watercraft which collided with 11-year-old Kile Glover on July 6, 2012, while the youngster sat on an inflatable raft on Lake Lanier in Georgia.
Glover, the son of Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Raymond, was left brain dead and never regained consciousness. He passed away on July 21.

During a hearing at Hall County Court in Georgia on Tuesday (March 19), Hubbard’s lawyer entered not guilty pleas to charges of homicide with a vessel, reckless operation of a vessel, unlawful operation of a personal watercraft, boat traffic violation, and serious injury by vessel.
*Oh shoot. Karma has come right back around and could be biting Usher in the butt.
Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane, who gave the singer full custody of his two sons following an extremely nasty and public divorce from Tameka Raymond, is now under investigation.
In 2008, John Mayoue, Usher’s attorney in the case, donated at least $1,000 toward Judge Lane’s campaign and hosted the only fundraising event that same year.
Attorney Lisa West, who was the lead attorney for Tameka, asked the judge to recuse herself from the case. She didn’t and so West later followed up by appealing the judge’s ruling.
CBS Atlanta had the chance to interview Judge Lane and she denied ruling in favor of Usher due to the contributions she received. But she didn’t deny that she failed to disclose to the court her relationship with Mayoue during the case.
*The money problems for Tameka Raymond continue to mount up.
As we reported earlier, Usher is booting her from the mansion she’s living in and now, unless she comes up with the cash, Tameka could be on the verge of being losing the location of her business venture.
TMZ has learned her OTHER landlord — from a small business she owns — is suing her for $50k in unpaid rent and other things.
Antelope Valley Plaza filed the eviction case against Tameka — claiming she signed a two-year lease agreement back in 2010 for three retail spaces in a Georgia complex … where she runs Kangazoom — an indoor play center for kids.
AVP claims in the docs Tameka was supposed to pony up $9,966.67 / month … but she hasn’t anted up for months — and now owes $36,943.42 in back rent.
But wait … there’s more. AVP claims she owes more than $4k in late charges, $2k in unpaid taxes all tolled, AVP is gunning for $49,816.18.
Tameka says Antelop Valley Plaza is the one that breached the contract, and she wants the case dismissed.
*Even though Tameka Raymond was swiftly back to court, arguing it out with Usher for the kids … but ultimately lost, she admits the death of her first born child, Kile, was traumatic and she’s still fighting through the pain.
“I don’t know how… I don’t know how to really put it into words. It’s really hard,” she told “Entertainment Tonight.” “I’m probably still in shock,” she said. “When God calls His children home so early, I think they have to be very special in order for God to say their work is done here.”
Her 11-year-old son, Kile, passed away after fighting for his life 15 days in the hospital following a Jet-Ski accident.
Tameka admitted that while she can talk about her son, there are times when she’s going about daily activities that something reminds her of him and invokes tears.
She also chatted about her drama with Usher, explaining why he would be the unfit full time guardian of their two sons. She even questioned whether or not he would be able to be a dad and work out his new gig on “The Voice” and raise their kids.
“It wouldn’t really work out because my kids are in school,” she said, pointing out that they’re enrolled in schools in Atlanta while the show tapes in California.
*Since Usher had his chance to say his piece, Tameka Raymond wants to be sure her side of the story is told too.
The ex-wife of the superstar singer opened up about Usher cheating with her bridesmaids. He did tell Oprah last week he did sleep with a bridesmaid… but when their marriage was coming to an end, he justified.
She sat with “Entertainment Tonight” and spilled her beans, but didn’t actually seemed phased by the fact he cheated with one of her good friends.
If you didn’t see it, here’s a taste of the interview:
*Sorry Usher. She’s not giving and and she’s not going away.
Usher’s ex, Tameka Raymond, and her latest request for a retrial in her custody battle with the singer was rejected by the judge in the case.
As we previously reported, Tameka filed docs earlier this month asking for another trial after Usher was awarded primary custody of the couple’s two kids.
Tameka claimed the judge is biased because she accepted campaign donations from Usher’s lawyer.
But this week, the same judge rejected Tameka’s motion — claiming it’s been public knowledge since 2008 that Usher’s lawyer donated to her re-election campaign … and if Tameka cared to look, she would have found out long before her custody trial.
As far as the judge is concerned … Tameka’s just a sore loser.
TMZ says sources close to Tameka tell them that she plans to appeal.
Tameka claims the judge has a strong tie to Usher’s lawyer, claiming the attorney was personally responsible for nearly half of the contributions to the judge’s re-election campaign in 2008. What’s more … Tameka alleges Usher’s lawyer served on the judge’s re-election campaign committee.
Tameka also insists NO evidence was presented showing she couldn’t take care of her kids.
Tameka also claims there was clear evidence of Usher’s “past, current, and future inability” to care for the kids
