Daniel Chong, 24, is an engineering student at the University of California, who was a part of a drug raid that swept up nine suspects on April 21.
The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) “netted 18,000 ecstasy pills, other drugs and weapons,” according to the Daily Mail.

According to the report, Chong began to lose his mind and hallucinate.
