*The latest rumor…Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will marry at the Palace of Versailles in France.
Us Weekly cites unnamed “sources” and “insiders” who claim the stars will exchange vows somewhere in here…

“Kanye has never been married and wants a big [wedding],” the source told Us of the 36-year-old rapper.
Added an insider, “They are not working with a budget.”
Although Kardashian, 33, has already been married twice, West has hinted in recent weeks he wants their big day to be an over-the-top spectacle and the reality TV star has said she’s fine with the wedding being “whatever [Kanye] wants,” according to E! News.
“All I know is fighter jets, man,” West told Power 106FM radio station in late October, adding that he envisions a summer wedding.

*Kanye West was reportedly paid $3 million to play a wedding in Kazakh over the weekend, but the money grab may backfire. Turns out the groom is the grandson of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, who has been repeatedly criticized by rights groups for his authoritarian rule and squeezing dissent in the Central Asian state.
Aisultan Nazarbayev celebrated his marriage to bride Alima Boranbayeva in a no expense spared party on Saturday night at the Royal Tulip hotel in Almaty, the Tengri news website reported. West, a personal guest of Nazarbayev, was seen in pictures and videos published on Instagram and other social networking sites of the guests. Instagram video showed a gaggle of young wedding guests, their backs to the stage, posing for pictures with West as he performed “Can’t Tell Me Nothing.”
Photographer Helen Gadjilova attended the wedding and took the below Instagram video of Kanye . [Watch below.] According to the New York Times, she refused to comment.
Kate Allen of Amnesty International said: ”Kazakh is a country where Amnesty has concerns about the use of torture.”
Human Rights Watch is concerned about Kazakh’s ”serious and deteriorating human rights situation.” They claim it includes ”credible allegations of torture, the imprisonment of government critics, tight controls over the media and freedom of expression and association, limits in religious freedom, and continuing violation of workers’ rights.”
Such appearances by celebrities in autocratic Central Asia have backfired for stars in the past.
Jennifer Lopez was vehemently criticized for appearing at a birthday party for Turkmenistan’s strongman President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov this year.
British pop star Sting cancelled a concert he was due to give in Kazakhstan in July 2011, blaming violations of the human rights.

*Eek! Is Kandi Burruss faking the funk with her ring? Or is her fiancée frontin’ for the tele?
Us Weekly reports that her man Todd Tucker put an extra icy two-karat diamond ring on her finger for all the world to see. But one diamond expert is saying that thing ain’t even real.
“At first glance, the ring looks like a stunning (and HUGE!) two-karat oval diamond,” Ira Weissman wrote in the Huffington Post. “But at closer inspection, this is clearly not what we’re dealing with here.”
Allegedly the ring is a Greg Ruth design and according to the expert, should be worth at least $40,000. The one Kandi is boasting about is worth $11,000 Weissman proposes. Weissman suggests that the ring is basically a cluster of smaller diamonds to appear as one larger piece, and the ring probably weighs a total of two-karats. He adds in the article that it would be much more respectable if Kandi came clean about it and shared with the world how she made a less expensive ring work for her.
*Janet Jackson will be entitled to $500 million if she stays married for a short five years.
Allegedly, the singer and Wissam al-Mana got secretly engaged last December and are planning to jump the broom in a lavish Muslim wedding in Qatar in the spring this year.
However, the potential union isn’t without critics. Her fiancée’s lawyers advised the billionaire to sign a pre-nup to protect his money, but he’s deciding against it, probably because she’s got her own fortune.
But he actually agreed to give her $500 million if they stay married at least five years.
(Whoa, say What!)
The 46-year-old singer and performer has been married twice before and was in a seven-year relationship with Jermaine Dupri.
